How many different paths can a bug travel from Point A to Point B?

How many different paths can a bug travel from Point A to Point B along a network traveling ONLY South or East?

(Point A is at the top left of rectangle with 3 columns across and 2 rows down, Point B is at the bottom right of the rectanvle) I need an answer and how you got the answer (formula). Thanks.
