How to travel 2 hours with Wedding cake?

Wedding spot is almost 2 hours away. What is best way to travel, in heat, with large wedding cake?

I'm no expert on transporting delicacies like cakes, But I image bringing fans / turning A/C on would be your best bet, and to drive slow and careful.
